At Country Tide, we’re a family-run business that takes pride in every order. We carefully pack each item and aim to have it on its way to you as quickly as possible.
Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically packed and sent within 5-7 business days.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your order right to your door.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, especially for rural or remote areas. Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days.
Please keep in mind we’re based in Australia and shipping times can be affected by public holidays, weather events, and postal delays outside of our control.

Local Pickup
Not available at this time—we’re always on the move as a family on the road! But who knows what the future holds.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
We wish we could hand-deliver every parcel ourselves, but once it's with the carrier, it's in their hands. If your parcel seems delayed or goes missing, please let us know and we’ll do everything we can to assist you in locating it.
