Returns & Exchange Policy

We’re a small family-run business, and we want you to love our range as much as we do. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:


Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if an item is faulty or damaged.
If this happens, you’ll have the option of a full refund or an exchange, as long as:

  • The item hasn’t been worn or washed

  • Tags are still attached

  • You can provide proof of purchase with an order number & invoice

  • The item is returned within 30 days of the purchase date

Please note:
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.


Exchanges

We’re happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date

  • They must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached and in original condition

  • Proof of purchase must be included

  • All return shipping costs are your responsibility

  • You must include a pre-paid, self-addressed Australia Post satchel for us to send the exchanged item back to you

Please ensure you check our sizing guide before purchasing to help avoid needing to exchange.


Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for items lost in return transit, so please keep your tracking number.

  • Items sent back without prior communication may not be accepted.


How to Return or Exchange

  1. Print and fill out our Returns & Exchange Form (available on our website).

  2. Pack your item(s) in their original condition along with the completed form.

  3. If exchanging, don’t forget to include your pre-paid self-addressed satchel.

  4. Post your parcel via Australia Post to the return address provided on the form.

If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us first. You’ll need to cover return shipping initially, but once we assess and confirm the issue, a full refund (including postage) will be processed.


Please allow up to 7 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.
