As a family-run business, we want you to truly love the pieces you receive. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it easy.
Returns & Exchanges – What You Need to Know
You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible, items must be:

Unused, unworn, unwashed
-
With original tags attached
-
In original packaging
-
Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Email us at team@countrytide.com.au with your order number before sending anything back.
Please note:

Return shipping costs are your responsibility

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll confirm whether your return or exchange is approved

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method — please allow up to 10 business days
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
We pack every order with care, but if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not quite what you ordered, contact us straight away.
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Sale Items
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged — all sale purchases are final.
Exchanges (Sizing Only)
If you need a different size, we’re happy to help.
Please note:

All shipping costs (both ways) must be covered by you

We recommend including a pre-paid, self-addressed satchel to speed up the exchange process

Refunds (Faulty or Damaged Items Only)
Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If it has been more than 15 business days since approval and no refund has arrived, please reach out so we can follow it up.
