Shipping
At Country Tide, every order is packed with care by our family, ready to be sent from wherever we are on the road across Australia. We do our best to ship quickly, keep things simple, and make sure your gear arrives ready for adventure.
Processing Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days.
During launches, restocks or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer — but we always work as fast as possible.
Shipping Within Australia
We use Australia Post for all deliveries.
Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
Express Shipping: 1–4 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, especially remote or rural areas.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is packed and on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel from us to your doorstep.
Local Delivery (When Available)
If we’re stationed in one place for a period of time (like our longer stays on the road), we may offer local delivery or pickup. When available, this option will appear at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selection and location.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel seems delayed, please check your tracking link first.
If it hasn’t updated in a reasonable amount of time, reach out to us and we’ll help track it down.
International Shipping
At this stage, we only ship within Australia — but keep your eyes on this space as we grow.
